Turn around times: Turn around times can vary during seasons. May thru August please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery time.
Returns: There are NO returns on any monogrammed items. If you order the incorrect size we can exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of purchase, you must have your receipt and the items cannot be washed or worn. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders cannot be cancelled or added onto after production has started. If cancelled before production, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shop items CANNOT be returned for any reason. NO refunds on delivery or shipping charges if cancelled by customer.
