Turn around times: Turn around times can vary during seasons. May thru August please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery time. Please do not call to see if your order is done if it is still in the timeframe of the turnaround time. This takes up valuable time from us running all the orders. Please be assured that we will get your order done in a timely manner. We will call or email you when your order is ready. We thank you for your understanding. There will be no deliveries to the school during the summer.

Return and Refund Policy

Please note that if you purchase any item with your name personalized, it cannot be returned.

You can exchange items for a different size within 30 days of your receipt. Items cannot be washed or worn and you must have your receipt. We will not take them back. NO EXCEPTIONS. If there are any issues with your order and you do not let us know within the 30 days, we cannot conclude the issue for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders cannot be canceled or added onto once the order has been started. If you need more items it will be a separate order.

If canceled prior to the start of the order, a 25% restocking fee will apply and you will receive a store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit has to be used within 120 days or it will be forfeited.

Shop items cannot be returned for any reason.

There are no refunds on shipping. Please make sure it is the selection you want to choose. I will NOT refund the shipping charges.

Tax information on orders

Due to the errors from GoDaddy and their upgrades. They have failed to fix this feature and have not made an effort to come up with a solution for their errors. The tax function is not working properly. I had to make changes to the tax to reflect the order processing fee of 4%. In the checkout screen it does not show properly and shows 10.35% tax. This is the 6.35% sales tax and the 4% processing fee on the same line. I can assure you you are not getting charged 10.35% sales tax. I apologize for any confusion. You may call the shop if you need to discuss this further.
